This 3 storey town house type cottage backs on to the orchard with a private garden area, and is finished in a modern style to cater for the needs of our guests. Parking just in front of the property you have direct access into the open plan Kitchen/diner/lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric double oven/grill, gas hob, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The dining area has an extending oak dining suite, or you can relax on the cream leather settees whilst watching the 32” LCD TV with satellite feed and DVD player.
Glass doors lead out into the private sunny garden, with it’s glass table and seating for 8 persons, which in turn leads out into the orchard. Perfect for long lunches during a summer afternoon or hosting an evening b-b-q.
On the first floor there is the master double bedroom which provides lovely views through the large circular window onto the orchard. The room is complete with a flat screen LCD TV and an en suite shower and w/c. Adjacent is a further double bedroom with flat screen LCD TV and a family bathroom with over bath shower and w/c.
	On the top floor there are 2 separate twin bedrooms both set into the eaves with character sloping ceilings and velux skylights, each with full sized single beds and TV. Finally there is a further bathroom and w/c.
